Moonlight on the Great Pee Dee is a mural in the John L. McMillan Federal Courthouse in Florence, South Carolina commissioned by GSA (General Services Administration) in 1978. You can see the sculptural element on my website under the public art section. http://blueskyart.com/gallery.php?artwork=art_4f4d595564e77&name=moonlight_on_the_great_pee_dee
