Artist's Description
This shows a peaceful view of old Pawley's Island houses that have survived many hurricanes. When I moved back from New York to South Carolina I drove straight to Pawley's and kissed the ground.
About Blue Sky
Blue Sky was born Warren Edward Johnson in Columbia, South Carolina (1938). Sky has painted professionally for over 55 years, and is solely supported by his art since 1970. His works are in the Smithsonian and many other museums. He is best known for his trompe l'oeil mural and masterpiece, TUNNELVISION (1975).
